• Would highly recommend this shop

  I live in London but my parents in Cambridge & I did all the London shops, hated the customer service (lack of) and high prices. Wanted a Ronald Joyce wedding dress, found this supplier in Newmarket and visited with mum. Was lovely ambience in the shop, over 100 wedding dresses to try. Ended up ordering Nora by Maggie Sottero and was so happy with my dress, the final look with the seamstress etc. I also ended up getting my Cameron Ross Suits from these guys. Very happy.

• Awful Experience At Brides By Solo

  I feel it’s only right that I warn other future brides-to-be of my bad experience with Brides By Solo. To cut a very long and stressful story short, they ordered me the wrong sized dress (one dress size smaller than my measurements) and when I queried the dress size with them they absolutely refused to accept that they had ordered the wrong dress size. It was only after many phone calls, letters, visits to the shop and seeking advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau (a lot of heartache), that Brides By Solo finally agreed to order the correct dress to match my measurements. The whole ordeal was horrendous and I wouldn’t want any one else to go through the same experience.

  I loved the service that was provided by Brides By Solo, i found the most gorgeous dress for my wedding here. No other shop provided me with what i needed in service and quality of dresses. Thanks Brides By Solo for an amazing dress for my big day.
