  On entering the premises i did not recieve a very warm welcome before i could say hello or speak to that matter, I was jumped apon,by a tall old man who said he was the manager, and asked to produce my membership card. I was going to ask about joining the club but after that no thanks. After i had now begrudgingly paid as a non-member for the day i found the regulars a good laugh who obviously thought what i thought of the said manager. On a number of occasions throughout the day the bar was left unattended and in between that the staff seemed more interested in taking phone calls from their friends and leaving people stood at the bar waiting, sometimes for 5 minutes or more. You could not beat the customers in this place friendly and good fun but the staff, including the manager, really do need to learn something about customer liasons,not good at all. Very unfriendly and rude.
