Awful experience

I have visited Ivett and Reed twice, once for a Drugasar fire place and a second time for a granite worktop. On both occasions (separated by two months) without even discussing any options, I was told we should look at a cheaper version or I was told we couldn’t afford what we wanted to look at……the representative then walked off. A very patronising and humiliating experience. We purchased what we wanted elsewhere.
