terrible customer service of the receptionist
The receptionist may be work on commission. He pushed his sales really hard on me. I didn’t buy the expensive medicine he recommended and choose the one I knew would work. He was not really happy. The second time I tried to make an appointment with the doctor, he was really horrible to me because he was in a bad mood before hand. I will definitely avoid Dr China until they have find someone who really respect the customers instead.
