  I think strictly speaking I should not be the one writing this review but I just had to. Back on Christmas Day 2010 I was standing on the top of the Rockafella Centre in New York when Sean, my lovely man of 15 years, dropped to his knee and out popped the most beautiful ring. I couldnt believe it. I dont wear jewellery as a rule so how Sean and the team managed to get the size and style right for me I will never understand. It made me feel so special that such time and thought had been put into a ring for me. Sean can not praise Harriet Kelsall, Kerrie and the team enough for how everything came together. If you want to make your girl feel even more special I say let Harriet Kelsall Jewellery Design sprinkle some of their magic on the ring. Can't wait to go back for the wedding rings!!

• This shop - and Alice Rochester - is amazing

  Harriet Kelsall and her team in Cambridge - particularly Alice Rochester - made the experience of designing a custom made engagement ring absolutely worth it. From top to tail (whether it was receiving the proposal in a box in Australia or the final receipt of our rings in the United States), their seamless professionalism and attention to detail was incredibly impressive. Beyond that, they were just a joy to work with. But more importantly, our rings are gorgeous!

• Wonderful Engagement Ring

  Wonderful service from Alice, our designer who took both mine and my fiances thoughts and the stones we had and turned them into a beautiful engagement ring. Although there was a problem with the setting initially it was fixed without problems and with great service. We'll be going back there for our wedding rings too!

• The perfect ring

  Alice Rochester at Harriet kelsall was able to interpret my ideas for a celtic weeding ring into the most beautiful ring ever. I love it and so does everyone else especially my husband. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

• Fabulous ring, great service.

  Alice Rochester at Harriet Kelsall made my engagement and matching wedding rings from my fiance's ideas - an uncut diamond in a unique setting. Excellent service - it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
