really poor

I took my bike to this awful place to have the brakes looked at one day at 11.30am. The young man there told me he could service my bike and it would be ready at 4.00pm. I agreed. 4.5 hours later, spent in town, the guy unapologetically told me he hadn't done it. His reason was that he'd been busy and quite rudely said you can leave it for another day or take it, 'it's up to you'. An unacceptable waste of my time I thought, and a really rude chap. Another customer was waiting in the shop, I don't know what they thought but gave me a sympathetic look. It could be a one off bad experience but from the attitude I received, I doubt it.
