Snagging visit

I found David online when looking for someone to come and give me an independent view of the new house we were buying. We didn't want to pay for a full survey, but getting someone in to complete a snagging list proved very helpful in terms of making sure we weren't missing any major problems. David was very helpful in pulling together a list of issues to present to the builders. Getting the building company to make the changes has proved more of a challenge!
