I offer a personal consultation, taking up to an hour to take a full case history. I assess my patients health holistically, looking not just at the current symptoms, but at their overall health, emotional condition, and physical type. I then decide on the most appropriate treatment plan for each person, giving a unique blend of herbs or herbal extracts to each patient, and often giving dietary or lifestyle advice where this is necessary to achieve a lasting resolution of their condition.
