    A catalogue of mistakes followed by terrible customer service, appalling attitude and shirking responsibility rather than doing the right thing by a customer that had paid them nearly £8k for doors. Avoid at all costs, there are better manufacturers of contemporary wooden doors who understand how to treat a paying customer with respect.
