It took nearly 3 weeks since I took my car for the MOT. Every time I called, the manager said that it woud finish by the end of the day and he would call but it did not happen until I finally called them. They did not remember what I asked them to do. so I had to come back to the garage. No respect for the customer't time. Finally, the actual charge cost >£100 more than the original quote and even they tried to charge the MOT cost twice, which I luckily spotted. The boy delivered my car put his dirty bike into my rear seat remaining a black stain on the seat. The dashboard was certainly damaged but neither appreciation nor apology. Try to avoid this garage.
