Excellent job
Tom did an excellent job in cleaning and resealing an old terracotta tiled floor that previously had been sealed without being properly cleaned so dirt was effectively sealed in. We were somewhat dubious about whether or not stripping and resealing would be effective but Tom assured us that it would be. He was right. Came up like a new floor!

Tile Doctor
Good, friendly professional service. Replaced a broken kitchen floor tile, and is returning in a few weeks when our new kitchen has been installed. Would recommend Tom to friends and family.

Shower Cubicle Like New!
As usual Tom completed a professional re-grouting of my shower cubicle giving it a new lease of life such that it looked like new. He made a point of sourcing the exact match of grout colour to ensure the new work matched seamlessly with the existing grout colour. I would recommend his services to all my neighbours and friends without a doubt, he is polite and responds to work requests in a timely and professional manner.

Rejuvenating terracotta kitchen floor
Really pleased with Tom's work and would highly recommend his professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Our terracotta kitchen floor was in an awful state after years of wear. We had almost given up on keeping it looking nice until we saw Tom's website and images of floors. We are delighted that our floor now looks better than it first went down and almost a week on, it looks just as good as when he did it. Highly recommend Tom and we will not hesitate to book him for a 'top-up' when needed. Thanks Tom!

patio clean and re-grout
We had our natural stone patio cleaned and re-grouted. The work was carried out with minimum mess and in a highly professional and courteous manner. The finished patio was transformed – not only clean but with the natural colours and tones of the stone restored. A lovely job painstakingly carried out. I have no hesitation in recommending Tile Doctor.

Fabulous floor!
Tom did excellent work on quite a tricky job. Our kitchen tiles are over sixty years old. Tom took up and disposed of our old kitchen Lino, removed the layers of concrete screed, then buffed, glossed and sealed the original tiles until they shone like new! The natural salts worked their way to the surface of the tiles just like Tom said would happen, and a fortnight later Tom returned to re-surface and re-gloss the tiles. The floor now looks great. Tom was very professional throughout and the work was no easy job to accomplish, so he has done a great job. We are very pleased with our kitchen floor, which now has a new lease of life. I would recommend the Tile Doctor if you need a floor restored at any time.

Tile Doctor - Excellent
Absolutely faultless service. Our slate floor looks amazing. Mick and his son worked extremely hard to produce such a beautiful result. The standard of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a stone floor renovated.
